When CampaignNow form submissions occur they are added to a queue to be processed as a background job. This enables the form submission process to run quickly, and for those emails and NationBuilder data processes to run asynchronously.

The result is that over 95% of all emails are sent within 10 minutes and over 99% within 1 hour of submission, but during periods of elevated sending it is possible to see some delays in the delivery of your campaign messages.
