If you are experiencing unwanted emails from a CampaignNow action, please send an email with the subject line "Recipient email removal" to support@campaignnow.co and we will process that update.

Please make sure to send that message from the email address you wish to be removed from the recipient list - that's important for confirmation purposes to ensure your request matches the email account you own.

For campaign owners:

Recipients who request to be removed from an action will be unsubscribed from your campaign, immediately and without prior notice, meaning you will no longer be able to send emails to that individual through your action form.
