Email quota per month refers to the total number of emails we send on your behalf to recipients, including emails to campaign targets and thank you emails to supporters in a given billing month.

Total emails sent includes any recipients across the TO, CC and BCC fields for your email actions, plus notification emails to you. Every time you send one message to one recipient, it is counted as an email sent.

CampaignNow accounts include up to 50,000 email sends per month and after that there is an overage cost of $0.0015 USD per extra email sent. That is generally charged at the end of the monthly billing cycle but may be charged sooner if the volume of excess email sends is greater than 3 times the monthly quota.
